If plans change and you can no longer join an event, here are the easy steps to process a refund;
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and briefly tell us why you can't join and request a refund.
Wait for our reply confirming the refund. We reply within 24 hours.
Please note that, depending on the event, we provide refunds up to 2-7 days before the event or workshop takes place. Refunds after the refund-period of that specific event, cannot be processed. It is too short notice and a lot of planning and preparation goes into giving you high-quality events and workshops.
If granted, a refund (in whole or in part) will be directly processed to the account that you paid with, on the same day as our mail reply.
Clients tell us in their experience that it goes very quickly and smoothly.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will (automatically) be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. DO NOT REVERSE PAYMENT. If you are experiencing any problems with this process, please contact us at: email@example.com.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a return process, we kindly request that you send us a mail to discuss terms of return to: email@example.com. We usually reply within 48 hours.
The approval or denial and / or processing of any / all returns, as well as to what extent and method a return is or is not processed is at the full discretion of Eve & Elle and her affiliates.
Please DO NOT send your purchase back without receiving confirmation from Eve & Elle for a return as well as a return reference. Otherwise it will not be possible to process your request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and intimates cannot be returned, as well as any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
